We meet for training or a group run on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sessions last around one and a half hours and are led by qualified coaches or club members from a number of outdoor and indoor venues in the Dorking area - there is a session to suit everyone. We offer coached sessions or runs guided by a run leader.
