Join us for training

Training takes place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. We offer coached sessions or runs guided by a run leader, all in and around Dorking area - there is a something to suit everyone!

Winter 2024 Training Notices

Lesley's Circuit training will begin on 10th September for the 24/25 winter season. A reminder that this is held during term time only!

We have recently launched our WhatsApp community, you can use this to join all the group chats relevant to you. Speak to your coach if you need to be added.

For winter training high-vis clothing is mandatory
