Free 6 week beginners courses

Every summer we hold two free beginners courses at Pixham Lane Sports Ground.

The next course will begin in Summer 2025.

Suitable for complete beginners, 5k park runners and also anyone returning to running.  Each week of the course is a self-contained block where you will not only run but learn running technique.  We all stay together in one place where we train on the field so you can go at your own pace and no one is left behind.  It's a great way to get fit and make new friends!

Missed the courses?  Please still contact us as many of our sessions as suitable for beginners.
