Rob's group is for athletes that wish to train more seriously. It is not really about times but about attitude. If you want to push yourself and achieve those really tough running goals, this is the group for you.
We provide regular coached sessions but also can provide bespoke training schedules, tailored to your personal situation and ambition. This may include strength and conditioning, mental preparedness and race strategy training, as well as the more common aspects of endurance coaching.
The group consists of athletes from ages 16 to Masters level. The group has athletes that are looking to improve their competition performance from local running leagues to international events.
