Prizes for 2024

PRIZES and PRESENTATION 

  • Race Finishers will receive a medal made from responsibly sourced material.  No T-
    shirts this year to reduce our carbon footprint and reduce entry fees!!
  • We will have a number of valuable spot prizes. These will be given out on a random
    basis with raffle tickets handed out to the lucky few at the finish line. Take that raffle
    ticket to the Spot Prize tent and you will be given the prize allocated to that ticket.
    These spot prizes are not negotiable.
  • All other prizes are to be collected from the Prize Tent.
  • There will be no distinction between seniors and veterans.

Prizes for the 10 Mile Race

​The first three men and first three women over the finish line will win cash prizes and a trophy as follows and these will be presented as close to 11:00am as possible:

  • 1st place – £120
  • 2nd place – £90
  • 3rd place – £60

Plus medals in age categories which will be available for collection from the Prize Tent as soon as possible otherwise please arrange for collection from DMVAC at a later date:

Women: 17-34; 35-44; 45-54; 55-64; 65+

Men: 17-34; 35-44; 45-54; 55-64; 65+. (YES - same categories as Women!)

All affiliated runners are eligible for the team prizes – 1st three male and female teams consisting of four runners per team.  Teams must be nominated when entering and first four runners across the line count.  These medals will be presented as close to 11:00am as possible.

Prizes for the Cockerel 10K Race

The first three men and first three women over the finish line will win cash prizes and a trophy as follows and these will be presented as close to 11:00am as possible:

  • 1st place – £60
  • 2nd place – £45
  • 3rd place – £30

Plus medals in age categories which will be available for collection from the Prize Tent as soon as possible otherwise please arrange for collection from DMVAC at a later date:

Women: 17-34; 35-44; 45-54; 55-64; 65+

Men: 17-34; 35-44; 45-54; 55-64; 65+. (YES - same categories as Women!)

The Surrey 10 Mile Road Race Championships prizes will be presented after the main prizes for the Dorking Tens have been presented.
